01 / SERVICE DELIVERYTechnical operations discovery
We identify the systems included in the engagement, their normal operating sequence and the vendors responsible for them. Inputs may include playback schedules, controller inventories, network information, support contacts and available configuration records. We document known issues and access requirements before agreeing which checks or troubleshooting activities IllumiCraft will perform.
02 / SERVICE DELIVERYRoutine show health checks
A practical checklist can cover playback status, communications, audio availability, controller connectivity and representative areas of the show. We distinguish operator checks from maintenance or specialist inspection. Checks are aligned with vendor instructions and the agreed operating sequence, with clear directions for recording exceptions and contacting the appropriate support owner.
03 / SERVICE DELIVERYIncident triage and fault isolation
An incident record should describe the affected system, symptoms, time, operating conditions, recent changes and actions already attempted. Troubleshooting proceeds within authorized access and scope. We help determine whether the issue appears isolated or affects a shared system, then coordinate escalation when vendor-specific repair or specialist intervention is required.
04 / SERVICE DELIVERYRecovery and vendor follow-up
Approved recovery procedures can define prerequisites, authorized operators, escalation contacts and the observations required after an intervention. Configuration or programming changes require appropriate approval, a recovery approach and documented verification. We track vendor recommendations and open actions so unresolved problems do not disappear between operating nights.
05 / SERVICE DELIVERYDeliverables and review measures
Potential outputs include a system contact register, show-health checklist, incident log, troubleshooting references and outstanding issue report. Reviews may track interruption duration, repeated faults, time to escalation and completion of follow-up work. Response and restoration are separate measures; neither is promised without a defined support arrangement.
06 / SERVICE DELIVERYIllustrative engagement
For a show with intermittent controller communication, we could review the topology and logs, observe the failure during scheduled coverage and coordinate diagnostic steps with the equipment vendor. Findings would distinguish confirmed observations from suspected causes. This example does not imply a guaranteed diagnosis or a completed project.
07 / SERVICE DELIVERYAccess and support boundaries
Remote access must be authorized and arranged through approved methods. The proposal identifies systems, coverage hours and decision authority. Show design, sequencing, installation, equipment repair and electrical work are not automatically included. Safety controls and vendor protections are not bypassed; a qualified responsible party determines whether affected equipment may operate.
