YOUR QUESTIONS

Working with IllumiCraft.

Do you design, install or sequence holiday light shows?

Our core offering is operational consulting, staffing coordination, marketing support, readiness planning and technical operational troubleshooting. We work alongside your selected show designers, installers, sequencers and equipment vendors.

Where do you work?

IllumiCraft supports events across the United States through remote consulting and scoped onsite work. Location, travel requirements and availability are confirmed during discovery.

Can you support an event that is already open?

Yes, a scope can focus on an operating season: recurring issues, leadership coordination, documentation or technical troubleshooting. Availability and coverage must be confirmed; submitting an inquiry does not establish an active support arrangement.

Can you work with our existing vendors and managers?

Yes. The engagement identifies the responsibilities IllumiCraft will own, support or advise on, including interfaces with venue management and existing vendors.

Do we need to purchase every service?

No. A project can focus on one operating need, or combine related services. Deliverables are selected around the event’s priorities and resources.

Do you employ our seasonal workforce?

Workforce services focus on planning and coordination. Employment, payroll and hiring authority remain with the employing organization unless a written agreement explicitly establishes another responsibility.

How are fees determined?

Fees depend on the scope, duration, deliverables, required coverage and travel. Project and retainer options are discussed after an initial scope conversation.

Is emergency or overnight support included?

Only when specifically agreed. Support windows, response expectations and escalation contacts are established in the engagement. Unscheduled or continuous availability is not implied.

What should we prepare for a first conversation?

Your event location and dates, planned operating hours, current team structure, existing vendors and the main operating challenges. Existing procedures and reports can be reviewed once appropriate sharing arrangements are in place.

Can you guarantee ticket sales or operating results?

No. Results depend on factors including the event, market, budget and execution. We define deliverables and responsibilities and use available evidence to inform recommendations.

How do we start?

Prepare the event details on the Contact page. Online inquiry delivery is not active yet; the page creates copyable text and clearly confirms that no message has been sent.
